As Due North Community Coordinator, Nicole Rodgers brings fresh perspective and a passion for assisting the families in North Tulsa. Nicole attended Langston University, where she received a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is currently working on her masters in social work after encouragement from a professor.

Nicole believes strongly in that power and she is passionate about helping the community and providing a different pathway in life. One of her favorite pieces of advice is on a keepsake on her desk that says: "Be bold. Be true. Be kind. Be you."

Nicole is a wife and mother of four children, enjoys reading mystery books, taking walks on Riverside, and spending time with her family.

Tulsa Community WorkAdvance helps Tulsans build stable and productive lives through no-cost technical training, full-time job placement, and personalized career coaching. Customers receive nationally recognized credentials in manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, IT, and professional service industries. These credentials, combined with personalized career services and career readiness training create a pipeline of qualified employees for Tulsa-area employers.

Due North is based on the success of the WorkAdvance model, which believes in a sector-based, dual-customer approach to meet the needs of job seekers and employers in the power sectors mentioned above.

Due North is supported by the full staff of Tulsa Community WorkAdvance as it serves Districts 1 and 3. We are committed to developing meaningful, innovative, and personal solutions that help our customers navigate their career journey while providing in-demand training and matching them with area businesses seeking skilled talent to fill immediate openings.
